PRIVATE PARTY DEN - $25 per person/child (min 10 req - max 20 per party):

		ONE ROUND of indoor glow-in-the-dark minigolf  (allow approx 35-45min for the game)
		B'DAY ROOM for 2 hrs (CD Player BYO party music, tables & seating, own restroom & kitchenette)
		The "DRAGONS THRONE" for the celebrated to be seated on during their reign here
		THEMED GIFT for the celebrated
		Party packs: Glow sticks + fruit lollies + a minigolf pass for future use for each guest
		HELL's PIZZA: '333' individually packed pizza per child + 1can of soft drink (Coca Cola range)
		PARTY SUPPLIES: white paper plates, cups, cutlery, cake knife/server + microwave
		MUM & DAD play for FREE - all other adults/siblings who want to join the group on the course: $11 each.
		2nd round Indoor Blacklight Minigolf available on the day for an additional $2.50 per person
		2nd round Outdoor Castle MiniGolf for an additional $2.00 per person (weather permitting)

PLEASE NOTE

1 Adult to every 5kids required for suppervision

Allow your kids to have fun without over-crowding the party room area. Parents of the invited guests are required to drop off the kids before party is scheduled to start & pick them up at the end of party (2 -2.30hrs later).  NO walking in & out of the course over the duration of the game - ask all guests to be on time so they won't miss on the game.

FAQ:

1. "Can I have a look before we book?"   Click on Image Gallery or view our video presentation to give you an idea. We also recommend you play a round of minigolf before booking: we are happy to credit the game value against your confirmed party booking***conditions apply (please scroll down to the end of page).

2. "I don't require your food or drinks"  Please advise at the time of booking - take $5 off  per child.

3. "I  don't have 10 kids in my party."  Min charge of $250 applies if less then 10, but adults can also make up the difference. Any additional food required can be ordered on the day - Hell's Pizza menu surchages apply.

4. "What about the other parents who want to stay for the party?" a charge of $11 per person applies if they enter the Indoor Course, otherwise they can wait outside or in the party room whilst the group have their game.

  PARENTS' CHECKLIST FOR PARTY GROUPS:

		Only with the 'Private Den' option you may bring your own food and cake to consume on our premises.
		General seating area and deck are reserved to minigolf visitors (adding scores up,etc)  for consumption of refreshments bought on our premises - no food consumption allowed in these areas
		No alcoholic beverages sold or allowed to be consumed on our premises (incl outdoor & parking area)
		The Indoor and/or Outdoor Courses are NOT a playground. Please remember you are booking the Party Room only, not the entire minigolf facility.
		Please be considerate to us & other visitors when you play your game: ensure kids stay within your group, toilet break before/ after the game, NO running in-and-out of the course, etc
		Total package price above includes only ONE ROUND of Indoor Blacklight (glow in the dark) Minigolf.
		Due to our specific course set-up, only players are allowed on the course (sorry no spectators).
		There is no unlimited access in and out of the course over the duration of the party.
		Children up to 13yo must have 1 adult to 5 kids ratio of supervision on the Indoor Course at all times.
		Recommended age group for hosting a themed b'day party here is 6 y.o.+ . If your child is too easily spooked or scared of dark, this is not be the best place to have his/her party.
		To book and secure the Party Room for the date and time requested, a deposit of $50.00 is required, payable upon confirmation (non refundable if booking cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance)

1. Credit applicable to "Private Den" party package only: please advise us at the time of visit, so we can sign your receipt as proof of purchase (no signed receipt = no credit)

2. Credit of max 3 games applicable (Mum and/or Dad + b'day girl/boy). No credit awarded for an extended group.
